Applications are assessed within each local area (federal electorate). Team members may reside in different electorates, with differing numbers of eligible applications. The total number of eligible applications received, coupled with the prioritising of events, can mean a team member residing in one electorate is successful, while team members in another electorate are unsuccessful.
